Yesterday I bought a Fisher & Paykel tumble dryer. The 4.5kg model with the autosenser drying so you don't use more power than you need or break the fibres in your clothes. While not the most environmentally sound thing I have ever invested in, it really is necessary, viz ( Read more... )

Had a visit from the lovely MsM last night. Dinner, walk along the river, girl talk into the wee hours. Excellent! Also roped her into helping Hubby change the rather rancid Contraption (she probably won't accept another dinner invite in the near future.) Worked this morning, quite successfully except for names.
